1. Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation. During peak times or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Methods:

Shipping Times:

  • Domestic: 5-10 business days.
  • International: 10-20 business days. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs delays.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. You will see the shipping cost at checkout before finalizing your purchase.

Order Tracking:

Shipping Issues:

2. Return Policy

Eligibility:

  • Returns are solely accepted within 15 days of delivery for damaged or lost items.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made products, digital goods, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

Return Process:

  2. We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to the address provided.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.

Exchanges:

  • At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
